tim siegel
tim currently serves as managing partner of ls capital, a boutique private equity company with holdings of over $750 million. the company was built on the foundation of long-term relationships. since inception, ls has purchased over 125 properties and more than 1,000 distressed notes, raising over $450 million in equity mostly from high net worth individuals. the company currently owns and manages 45 properties throughout the united states with offices in los angeles and idaho. before co-founding ls capital with aric lasky in 1998, tim was employed as manager of acquisitions and development with avalonbay communities, inc. tim holds a bachelor's degree from the university of california, riverside, with an emphasis in real estate and has received his masters of real estate development from the university of southern california. tim sits on the board of several non-profit boards including the harmony project, where he is also the finance committee chair. tim is a member of the urban land institute, where he co-authored a book on urban housing sub-markets and has his california real estate broker and general contractor licenses.
brian lezak
brian currently serves as president of cameron pacific, a private investment firm that focuses on value creation via acquisition of real estate in the western united states. cameron was officially started in 2008 but was born out of a long history dating back to their first purchase of a 10-unit apartment building from dr. jerry buss in 1977. cameron currently owns and manages over $300 million in assets, keeping true to their investment goals: to be responsible and pro-active and to maintain the integrity of the portfolio. before founding cameron in 2001, brian worked as executive vice president for the bond companies, a boutique investment bank and development company for three years, helping to structure over $100 million of debt and equity transactions for a variety of apartment, office, and hotel developers. prior to his time at the bond companies, brian was one of the original members of the kennedy-wilsons commercial brokerage and acquisition departments. with over 30 years of experience in real estate management, acquisitions, and finance, brian's skill set and unique background in various real estate roles provides him with a basis and understanding to be an asset in all facets of the real estate process. brian holds a bachelor's degree from lewis and clark college, with an emphasis in real estate and international affairs, and a minor in eastern european history. brian is actively involved in numerous charitable organizations, and works tirelessly and volunteers at the los angeles mission and glide church in san francisco.
randy banchik
randy banchik is the principal of banchik investments, a los angeles based, real estate focused family office founded in 2018. banchik investments manages and operates a portfolio of real estate and private equity investments, including retail and multi-family investments in approximately 25 metropolitan areas across the country. randy is currently also the managing member of multiple opportunity zone funds focused on multifamily developments in los angeles. randy previously served as the co-chief executive officer of westwood financial llc, the successor to westwood financial corp. randy served as the lead executive in the restructuring of the company in 2016 to form westwood financial llc, a “roll-up” and reorganization of the company’s $1.3 billion syndicated portfolio of properties, the equity interests of 550 investors in 68 individual partnerships, their sponsors and general partners, and the westwood financial corp management interests. during randy’s twenty-six years with the westwood financial corp, his responsibilities included direct responsibility for all syndication capital and structure, investor relations, and asset management for the company’s portfolio of $1.5 billion of shopping centers managed from four offices across the country. randy was a key member of the company’s executive committee, guiding its overall vision, strategy, operations and investment decisions. randy maintained advisory relationships with wfc’s clients on financial and estate planning issues, and published articles on real estate and financial planning issues.
